I thought I’d take a moment to re-introduce our team! ☺️👋🏼Going from left to right ➡️🧡 Gaelle - our cover Zumba instructor! Gaelle has taken part in Zumba classes for over 10 years. She is also a research scientist and is currently on an expedition in Antarctica! 💙 Sue (commonly referred to as My Sue Poo) - our K Fit Admin Assistant, who helps keep everything back-of-house in ship-shape! You’ll often find Sue helping out in our classes, signing everybody in, and wearing way too many layers!💚 Holly - our cover Pilates instructor! What I love about Holly is her huge passion for Pilates - if you talk to her about it she’ll tell how how life-transforming it was for her 😍🧡 Katie - Queen of the daytime Pilates courses! Not only does Katie teach Pilates and Chair Pilates, she runs our Deep Tissue Pilates masterclasses, teaches our Bootcamp courses, teaches Reformer Pilates in St. Neots, and teaches swimming!💙 Janet - our lovely Janet has been with K Fit from almost the very beginning! Janet qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2023 and has since trained to be a Kettlebell instructor and has furthered her education in exercise for older adults. Janet has also fused her two skillsets to create Power Pilates!💚 Alana - our Friday Pilates instructor, if you’ve attended Alana’s Pilates classes before, you will know that this lady loves a challenge! Alana ensures that the week ends with a nice bit of muscle burn! 🧡 Tasha - my first ever fellow instructor 😍 Tasha is another one with a bit of a reputation for creating sets which get the muscles firing! Tasha has returned from her maternity leave this week and we are overjoyed to have her back in the studio! 💙 Rhia - our cover Zumba instructor! Rhia looks after the Zumba sessions when I’m away and has learnt over 40 of our tracks to keep the variety in the class! 💚 And finally on a separate photo (as I’m usually behind the camera), me! Just a quick reminder of our timetable changes which take effect this week! We are absolutely buzzing to have Tasha back in the studio!! 🤩🙌🔥We have a couple of timetable changes coming up in 2026 which I would like to share with you! These changes affect our Tuesday and Wednesday evening sessions. ✨ Tuesday Evenings ✨Tasha will be back from her maternity leave in January!! 🙌 Instead of teaching two separate 30 minute sessions as per her previous timetable, the two will be combined into a 45 minute session, this will be called Total Tone (but if you came to her HIIT class previously, interval timing will still be part of this session!). Total Tone’s session time will be 6.55-7.40pmThis means that we are also keeping Power Pilates on the timetable! 🤩 Janet will be taking Power Pilates at the new time of 7.45-8.45pm. ✨ Wednesday Evenings ✨Kettlercise has no change at 6.20-7.20pm. Pilates will now be starting 5 minutes later and running for an hour instead of 45 minutes, at the new time of 7.30-8.30pm. Sadly, our lovely K Fit Ballet class will be closing at Christmas 💔😭 we are hopeful to revive K Fit Ballet back in the future, when the timetable suits. I will miss this class and our friendships that have formed SO much. 🥺✨ Instructor Changes ✨As my baby’s due date nears I will start to wind down from January, and am passing the Kettlercise baton over to my lovely instructors!
