"When I started doing K Fit Pilates classes in 2016, I had a niggling knee injury for the previous couple of years which wasn't clearing up and was preventing me doing any type of 'high impact' exercise. I also had a shoulder injury from a fall whilst skiing the previous year.
So I felt quite apprehensive and at the age of 55 I didn't hold out much hope of these injuries going away completely. But after a few months of attending K Fit Pilates regularly once a week my whole body started to feel better. Not at least due to the encouragement of Katrina who talks you through each exercise explaining which muscles we are strengthening and why, and helping with alternative options to avoid pain.
My injuries slowly but surely completely disppeared, and I now carry on with Pilates for the pure enjoyment, learning through Katrina's narrative that by exercising and strengthening your core, it is good for your posture and helps support all your other muscles. I try to never miss a week because my body definitely notices!"

"Making friends and finding a great group of people is never easy, and even harder when you move 4000 miles to a new country. In summer 2018 I signed up to do Beach Body Bootcamp with K Fit. It’s one of the best things I’ve done since moving to England.
Morning workouts with Kat and Tasha are tough but motivating and so much fun. I won the twelve week HIIT at Home course last Christmas and that kicked off 2019 for me. Between that, 18 weeks of Bootcamp, Partnerwork Pilates and Burlesque Fitness (also known to some of us as stripper practice), K Fit has kept me motivated to consistently workout five times a week and set goals for myself for the year.
Joining The K Fit Club is fantastic because there are new workouts each month, plus with the group I’ve got accountability to set a goal each week and keep it, making me conscious of the choices I make.

"Having just come to the end of another fantastic Bootcamp with K Fit I thought I’d write a review! After attending Kettlercise and Ab Attack with K Fit for about 4 months I saw the advert go out for early morning Bootcamps, I’m not a morning person and have never exercised in the mornings but did quite fancy giving it a go. I loved it! There is such a variety of exercises and equipment and the motivation and ‘cheeriness’ of Kat really rubs off on you and pushes you to do your best and put in the effort. The early mornings don’t seem so bad anymore and the early workout certainly sets you up on a high for the rest of the day. I’m totally hooked and have attended all of the Tuesday courses that ran this year. I’m also proud to say that I’ve lost 4 inches off of my waist size since working out with K Fit without any weight loss at all and no diet change either! It got us out the house regularly on the Thursday into the fresh air and kick starts that motivation to exercise which is so hard after having a baby. The babies love watching the mums jump around and as they are outside it was always as much for him as it was for me. Katrina is great and despite not having kids (yet!) she has a massive understanding of babies and postpartum which I found really supportive. "Even though from the outside I looked ‘skinny’ and ‘healthy’, I never used to exercise because I hated the thought of a gym or getting sweaty in front of people. I was self-conscious, anxious and I DEFINITELY was not healthy, out of breath from climbing stairs or doing any light exercise at 25 years old. Being in a class with such friendly people made be fall in love with exercise, something I never thought would happen!!! I found myself feeling stronger with added bonus of toning up and feeling confident in my own skin again. Whenever I have had anxieties through the day, I feel better after doing exercise as if it’s an escape. Kat has always been so supportive and pushes you to the next level without any pressure. She is a wonderful instructor and her positive energy always brings a smile to everyone.
I’m now a regular at Kettlercise twice a week and Bootcamp and I LOVE it. I cannot recommend enough, I look forward to these classes every week being with such a welcoming lovely bunch of people!

"I found Kat’s website when I typed into Google ‘fitness classes with baby’. I didn’t realise then that Kat and her team would be such a big part of my maternity leave and my fitness levels after having a baby. I first went along to Buggy Bootcamp when my little boy, Finley, was 7 weeks old - and he cried all the way through. I felt very flustered at first but Kat and the other mummies could not have been more supportive. Kat gave Finley little cuddles so I could join in for some of the class and the other mummies told me it had all happened to them and it didn’t matter- I felt at ease straight away. I have been going ever since and have seen my fitness levels and confidence improve greatly, as well as making mummy friends. Even though I’m going back to work I’ve kept my Thursdays free so I can continue going.
I have also tried Kat’s HIIT and Pilates classes with Tasha and Joanna. Again I felt instantly at ease and welcome in the classes - there isn’t the usual ‘it crowd’ I have found when I have joined other classes or gyms, you’re simply welcome straight away.

"Well what can I say about Katrina’s fitness classes? I first went to Katrina’s Zumba class about six years ago, after recently moving to St Neots. I was a bit nervous as I didn’t know anyone and my fitness level wasn’t great, but that quickly changed as the class was incredibly fun and friendly. My one Zumba class turned into a twice weekly fix. Having given Burlesque and Bootcamp a go, I added two Kettlebells classes to my fitness routine four years ago, then last but not least I now finish off my week with a lovely Pilates class. I’m probably a little bit addicted to Katrina’s classes as she makes each one enjoyable with her incredible passion and enthusiasm for what she is doing. I am now (in my 50s) the fittest and lightest (I weigh two stone less than when I started) than I have ever been. I have also made some lovely friends along the way. So what I would say is if you want to improve your fitness in a fun, friendly and supportive environment then Katrina’s classes are the place to do it. I love it "

"I LOVE our K Fit Club. I really feel like I’m a part of a special club with the motivation, encouragement and support given by Kat and Sarah. If I have any questions or need a bit of advice to do with either exercise or food, they are both on hand to share their knowledge with me. We can also post in our Club and then other members share their experiences and ideas. I absolutely love the weekly Ab Attack live sessions and all the workouts in each monthly bundle. I get excited to see what’s going to be in the next bundle. The challenges are also great to push yourself to see just what you can achieve. The workouts are all available in the library so that you can do them when it’s best for you and you can revisit your favourite workouts whenever you want to. The workouts are also a variety of durations so that you can do the workout that fits the time you have set aside. All the workouts can be done at a variety of levels so that they challenge everyone.
