    Sarah Pike
    K Fit Foodie

Sarah has been a member of K Fit classes since the beginning, and has been on an incredible fitness and weight loss journey of her own. Through this time she has discovered a passion for exercise and clean eating, and is now ready to share this passion with everyone!

‘A few years ago I found myself in a really bad place. I had always been big but after years of trying every diet going I was bigger than I had ever been. Worse still my general health was in shatters. Something had to change.

I decided to go back to basics and teach myself about eating healthy, nutritious food. Alongside this I started exercising, trying many of Katrina’s classes and found that Kettlercise was my favourite. Slowly but surely the weight started to come off and now I have currently lost six stone and counting.

Along the way I became more and more passionate in how various foods can affect our health. I gained a Diploma in Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutrition and plan to complete further courses in the future.’

Along with other sporting achievements she is now embarking on a new challenge and one she is very excited about. She has started her Level 3 Mat Pilates course and is looking forward to joining the KFit team.

‘I have always enjoyed Pilates and the accessibility for all involved is brilliant. No matter your skill level and ability, there are ‘moves’ to suit everyone!’

In her spare time, she enjoys going on walking holidays with her family and spending time with friends. She is always looking to better herself and is excited to attend more courses in the fitness industry in the future.

It’s this Friday!! 🙌🏼 There’s still time for you to order your kit and join us online for allll the goodness that come from this gorgeous class 😍 just drop us a message if your like to book on! ⬇️It’s here - our next Deep Tissue Pilates Online Masterclass!! 🤩🤩🤩I can’t even remember how my muscles coped before this class came into my life! 😌Many of our clients have already experienced the huge benefits that come with regular Pilates practice. It helps us with posture realignment, mobility through the body, and easing aches and pains that come with the day-to-day strains on our body.In Deep Tissue Pilates, we are taking these benefits a step further, by going deeper into the muscles to get even better results!! 🙌🏼🤩By using a foam roller and spiky balls we can work deeper into the areas that hold the most tension in our bodies. When we work deeper into our muscles we release the fascia, which helps our muscles return to optimum length. It's a fantastic release of tension!🌟 Masterclass details! 🌟Date: Friday 24th September Time: 6.30-7.30pmLocation: Online! This will be via Facebook LiveClass fee: £5Our class fee is lower than our usual Pilates class fee, as we do have to ask you to provide your own kit. In the future, we can provide the kit when you attend our class in person (or if you've already joined us online you can bring your own!). We also think it's hugely beneficial to have your own kit so that you can ease your muscles in between classes. 🌟 Kit Requirements! 🌟 Your foam roller must be long enough so that you can lie on it from your head down to your tail bone. The standard length for this is 90cm. You also want a smooth roller with no bumps! This is the roller we recommend;www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00BII3O24/You also need 2 spiky balls as some of the exercises work both sides of the body at once, or if you don't want to buy any then tennis balls are a great substitute 🎾🎾 These are the spiky balls we recommend;www.amazon.co.uk/Physical-Company-Unisexs-Prickle-Stimulating/dp/B07CWMBHDLTo reserve your space please comment below/drop us a message! ⬇️We will send out a class link and more information nearer the time. ☺️ ...
