And I am one of the lucky ones who had a short labour πŸ™ŒπŸΌ while there is no guarantee that the exercise I did through my pregnancy helped keep my labour short, maybe it was a contributing factor (I like to think so!). I understand why lots of people are apprehensive about exercising through pregnancy, but the right guidance with an instructor who is qualified to help can give you so many positive benefits. If you are pregnant and are wanting to continue exercising through your pregnancy journey, go for it!
