It helps us with posture realignment, mobility through the body, and easing aches and pains that come with the day-to-day strains on our body.In Deep Tissue Pilates, we are taking these benefits a step further, by going deeper into the muscles to get even better results!! 🙌🏼🤩By using a foam roller and spiky balls we can work deeper into the areas that hold the most tension in our bodies. When we work deeper into our muscles we release the fascia, which helps our muscles return to optimum length.
