Our next Laughter Yoga masterclass is a week wFriday and we still have a couple of spaces left!🌟 Back by popular demand! 🌟We’re excited to be running our third Laughter Yoga Masterclass! 🤩😝Charmain is one of our lovely class members, and she is a qualified Laugher Yoga teacher, and for a one-off fun evening she has offered to run another session for us! 😁😁The aim of Laugher Yoga is to have fun, enjoy yourself, and you guessed it - laugh! The previous Laughter Yoga session was my first experience of this class and I found it so uplifting, I laughed until my whole face hurt and then I slept like a baby!
