In Deep Tissue Pilates, we take the benefits of a regular Pilates class a step further, by working deep into the muscles to get even better results!!![]()
By using a foam roller and spiky massage balls we can work deeper into the areas that hold the most tension in our bodies. When we work deeper into our muscles we release the fascia, which helps our muscles return to optimum length. It's a fantastic release of tension!![]()

๐ Daytime Pilates Courses - our days are jam-packed with Pilates! ๐คฉ We work to mobilise and strengthen our muscles and joints, with a strong focus on posture correction and core strength. We run a mixture of Mat Pilates and Chair Pilates classes (Chair Pilates is great if youโre not comfortable getting to the floor), from both our K Fit Studio and St James Church, Little Paxton. ![]()
